A short fermentation of skins from a perfectly ripen harvest, in order to extract the very best fruit. A deep mazarin red with dark purple hint. First mouth offers a supple and velvety wine, with black berries aromas such as blackcurrant. Both supple and meaty, this wine got a soft species finish with black pepper notes.
A wine to be enjoyed straight away for its fruitiness and velvety tannins, but which can also be kept for 2 or 3 years thanks to its good concentration.
To be served 15-16°C, it will perfectly pair game meats, roasted poultry and soft cheese.
